Terms of Service

AgentGraph is self-hosted open-source software provided under its repository license.

Effective date: August 15, 2026.

#Open-source software

AgentGraph is open-source software that you install and operate on systems you control. Your use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software are governed by the license included in the AgentGraph repository.

The project does not provide a hosted graph service, manage your connected-service accounts, or accept custody of your indexed content.

#Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • choosing which services, accounts, feeds, and web pages to connect;
  • obtaining permission to access and process that information;
  • protecting the computer, database, configuration directory, and credentials on which AgentGraph runs;
  • configuring retention, deletion, network exposure, and MCP clients appropriately; and
  • complying with the terms and policies of connected services and model providers.

Do not use AgentGraph to access content you are not authorized to access or in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

#Third-party services

AgentGraph calls third-party APIs directly from your machine under credentials you provide. Those services, browser-extension distribution, MCP clients, model providers, tunnels, and hosting providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The AgentGraph project does not control their availability or handling of data.

#No warranty

AgentGraph is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those required by law. The software may contain defects, lose data, return incomplete results, or change between releases. Review important source material before relying on an agent-generated answer.

#Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the software or connected services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited as far as applicable law permits.
